Discuss the use of formative and summative CLASSROOM evaluations in nursing education

1. Discuss the use of formative and summative CLASSROOM evaluations in nursing education. Include examples of both and discuss how they are best used. How important are the use of both for the individual student and faculty? Is either one more important than the other? How useful are they for assessment of critical thinking, knowledge acquisition and for progression in the program? 

2. Discuss the impact of legal and ethical issues including Americans with Disabilities Act and social issues, giving examples. How important is the impact for the student and faculty?
