1. For the Iris dataset, use One-vs.-Rest (OvR) with the following two algorithms to train a
model to classify three classes. To obtain the best accuracy of the model, please explain the
progress of your work, including how the hyperparameters are tuned.

(3) Adaline SGD
2. For the wine dataset (https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Wine), please train a
model with the algorithms you have learned now to classify three kinds of wine.
